NAGAD88 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATION :

1.Application :

By signing up here, you agree to these terms and conditions and become a nagad88 affiliate member. To register as an affiliate agent, you must provide documentation such as name as per in the identity card, contact number, email, address, and a copy of identity card. The application is a crucial component of this agreement. Nagad88 will decide whether to accept your application at our sole discretion. This decision is final and is not subject to review or appeal.

2.Commission calculation and payout :

Nagad88 will pay an affiliates commission of the net profit (after deducting all bonuses and processing fees). Nagad88 earns from players directed by your affiliate link after they open an account with us and wagering at nagad88.

Net profit is all gross money received by us with respect to all settled bet losses made by players after deduction :

Bonuses – monetary bonuses, rebates and rewards given to the affiliate’s customers.

Processing fees – a 20% of gross profits charges on process fees (deposit and withdrawal charges involving all the affiliate’s customers).

Affiliate commissions are issued weekly via bank transfer (bkash, rocket or nagad). For nagad88 to make a payment, your account must have at least ৳500. If less than ৳500 in any week your balance is carried over and paid in full when at least ৳500 resides in your account.

You only have the option to end this agreement if any modifications are unacceptable to you.

4.Termination :

If you engage in any kind of spamming or other form of advertising for our services, nagad88 will immediately terminate this agreement without giving you any further recourse. You have no right and are not able to obligate us in any way. You must refrain from expressing any claims, representations, or warranties in relation to us.

Once your relationship with us has ended, you are required to take down all of our banners and icons from your website(s) and disable all links that lead to ours. You will immediately lose access to all of the rights and licences granted to you in this agreement. You must stop using our trademarks and return to us any confidential information you have in your possession, custody, or control, along with all copies of that information.

5.Confidential information :

You might be given access to secret information about our operations, business, underlying technology, and/or the affiliate program during the term of this agreement. Except with our prior written consent, you agree to refrain from disclosing or using in an unauthorised manner any such confidential information to third parties or outside parties. You also agree to use the confidential information only as required to carry out the terms of this agreement. Despite this agreement’s termination, you still have obligations with regard to confidential information.
